About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale outbound sales development for an AI-powered CAD technology company serving the manufacturing and engineering market.

This is an early-career opportunity for a strong communicator who enjoys research, writing, outreach, and starting conversations with prospective customers. You will work closely with product and leadership teams to identify target accounts, develop personalized messaging, and create qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and build target account lists across manufacturing, machine shops, and hardware companies.
• Identify relevant prospects and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM, and other prospecting tools.
• Write concise, personalized outbound emails and messages.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and initiate conversations with potential customers.
• Qualify early interest and route qualified opportunities to the product or sales team.
• Track outreach activity, responses, and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Test different messaging and prospecting approaches and improve based on results.
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to stay current on product capabilities and customer messaging.
• Help develop repeatable outbound sales and prospecting processes.

Required Qualifications

• New graduate or early-career professional; 0–6 months of SDR/BDR experience is acceptable.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write short, clear, personalized outreach.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and handling rejection.
• Curious and motivated to learn about AI, CAD, manufacturing, and engineering technology.
• Able to understand technical products and communicate their business value clearly.
• Strong research, organization, persistence, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work fully on-site in San Francisco, CA .
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background; no specific major required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or early experience at a startup or early-stage company.
• Experience with outbound sales or prospecting tools such as Apollo, Clay, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
• Exposure to manufacturing, mechanical engineering, CAD, robotics, hardware, machining, or related fields.
• Experience creating writing samples such as newsletters, blogs, articles, or other published content.
• Demonstrated achievement in academics, sports, entrepreneurship, projects, or other competitive environments.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000–$100,000
• Full-time, on-site position
• San Francisco, CA
