\n \nThe Role
\nThis is a founding commercial role. You open doors with commercial, medical affairs, and R&D leaders at pharmaceutical companies, qualify the opportunity, and run the deal through to close alongside the founder. You will not be handed a pipeline — you are here to build one.
\nWhat you’d own:
\nCompensation — stated plainly
\nThis is an independent contractor engagement, and the first year is commission-only. There is no base salary in year one. We’d rather say that here than waste your time in a first call.
\nOn hitting agreed revenue and pipeline targets at month twelve, the engagement converts to a salaried Client Partner role: base plus variable, with customer success and account expansion added to the remit. These conversion terms are written into the original agreement with objective triggers — not promised verbally and settled later.
