About WaverSec

WaverSec Protect checks every email in Outlook before it's sent. It catches wrong recipients, sensitive data, risky attachments and other potential mistakes, then gives the user a clear answer: send, check first, or don't send.

\n

\n

Most security tools react after something has already happened. WaverSec is designed to prevent the mistake at the point of action, before information leaves the company.

\n

\n

We're now extending the same protection layer to AI agents. As more business communication is drafted and sent autonomously, WaverSec checks what an agent is about to send before it goes out.

\n

\n

Our goal is simple: whether the sender is a person or an AI agent, risky communication should be caught first.

\n

\n

The role

\n

\n

We're looking for business developers / GTM partners who can open doors, start conversations and close deals in the US market.

\n

\n

You'll work directly with the founders and help shape how WaverSec goes to market in the US. There isn't a finished sales playbook yet; you'll help build it with us. The founding team is based in Prague, Czechia, and we schedule calls around US hours.

\n

\n

You'll:

\n

\n

\n
• Find and close deals with US companies in regulated and data-sensitive sectors such as law firms, CPA and accounting firms, financial services, healthcare and staffing/recruiting.
\n
• Build relationships with US Microsoft 365 partners, CSPs, MSPs and IT service providers who can bring WaverSec to their clients.
\n
• Run pilots with IT, security and compliance teams and turn successful pilots into paid customers.
\n
• Own relationships with the customers and partners you bring.
\n
• Bring US customer feedback into product positioning, pricing and roadmap decisions.
\n
• Help bring our AI-agent protection to early US customers and partners as it launches.
\n

What helps

\n
• Experience selling B2B software or IT services, especially security, compliance, Microsoft 365 or adjacent products.
\n
• Connections with US companies, MSPs, IT providers or resellers.
\n
• Deals you've sourced and closed.
\n
• Being comfortable talking with founders, IT leaders, security teams and decision-makers.
\n
• An independent, entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building things from scratch.
\n

The role is flexible on time. It works well alongside consulting, advisory work or your own business.

\n

\n

The deal

\n

\n

This is an independent contractor role based on commission.

\n

\n

You'll get:

• Commission on customers you bring to WaverSec.
\n
• Recurring commission on renewals from those customers.
\n
• Commission on business generated through partners you bring.
\n
• Your own US territory (by region or vertical).
\n
• A working product you can demo from day one.
\n
• Direct access to the founders and engineering team.
\n
• A meaningful role in shaping our US GTM strategy as we grow.

As the partnership grows, we're open to discussing equity for partners who help build WaverSec in the US.
