Leading a talented art team, the full-time Associate Creative Director, Art will collaborate with departmental leads to develop project briefs, build strong client relationships through creative ideation, and ensure the quality of art assets produced in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with departmental leads to build project briefs and manage day-to-day operations of the design team Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and cross-functional teams while maintaining strong client relationships Track industry trends and incorporate insights into creative work to shape agency strategy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including 5+ years in an agency and 3+ years in a leadership role Experience leading brand planning with client budgets in the 3M-8M range In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends Strong leadership and excellent presentation skills
